Orders From Your Desk

 

The world is changing and so is VLT.  Introducing the Order Executive system.

 

At Valley Land Title (VLT), we understand the pace of the corporate heartbeat, yet we are acutely aware of the needs of the buyer.  Both the corporate executive and the home buyer have at least one thing in common; time is money.  With interest rates on the rise, it is essential that the abstract/title/closing process be completed quickly and accurately.  Failure to accomplish this hurts the buyer, lender and the abstract company and their best interests. 

 

How can VLT assure you and your parties that this will happen?  Introducing Order Executive (OE).  Now lenders and banks can submit order(s) for abstract/title/closing products from the comfort of their desk.

 

How is this an improvement over faxing an order to the abstract company?  Faxing an order in is not productive for the lender, buyer or the abstract company.  Let’s analyze a fax order process. 

1.      The lender fills out a form to submit the request to the abstract company.

2.      The lender prints the documents out and walks to the fax machine.

3.      The lender faxes the document to the abstract company.

4.      When the abstract company “gets to it”, they pull the order off the fax machine and hand it to the data/order entry person.

5.      The data/order person manually types in the order (again, when he/she gets to it).

6.      The abstract company starts processing the order.

7.      The bank has to call to check on the status of the order multiple times, and is limited on the time frame that they can check (business hours of the abstract company).

 

Under this process, the abstract company might inadvertently take 12 – 48 hours to enter the order into the system. 

 

Now, lets analyze the Order Executive (OE) process.

1.      The lender goes to http://www.vallyland.net and clicks on the following links. Banks/Lenders ŕ Order Login.

2.      Login to the system using the username/password that you receive when signing up in our office.

3.      Order your documents and submit them from the secure website.

That is all there is to it.  What is the largest difference?  The order is automatically placed in our system and work begins on it immediately.  If the lender needs to check the status of their order, they can login to Sureclose and see where VLT is at in processing the order.
